About Vince & Roxana

Vince and Roxana Gionti are originally from Miami. Vince was born in Peru and came to this country when he was about 10 years old. He lived a short while in New York and then moved to Miami. Roxana was born and raised in Miami. Both Roxana’s parents are from Cuba and both Vince’s parents are from Peru. Vince and Roxana both were forced to grow up really fast and care for themselves. Vince’s parents were divorced a short time after coming to this country and that meant Vince had to become the man of the house. He’s worked in hard labor jobs for most of his life. Roxana has been working since she was 16. She hasn’t been home since she was about 15 and she has been caring for her self since then.

In their culture they are taught to work their butts off in a 9 to forever or corporate America and hopefully by doing this they might make ends meet. It’s very common that everyone around them work pay check to pay check. This is not what Vince & Roxana want for their lives or their children. Roxana was first introduced to Network Marketing when she was 18 in Miami. She was taught offline marketing strategies that would make anyone want to quit and never get involved in the industry again. However, she didn’t quit, she tried other companies and was dedicated to making it work. During this time she remembers everything out there being a huge SCAM. She gave up on the Industry for a while but never strayed away from her Entrepreneur spirit. She got her fix through Real Estate industry.

Vince and Roxana first met in 1996 and dated for a while. They were together for about a year or so and kept in touch through out the years. Until about 1999 when they officially lost touch. Vince moved on with his life and Roxana moved on with hers. After about 7 years Vince and Roxana reunited and decided to give it a second chance. They knew that Miami was not the place to do this. So they packed up their things and moved to Orlando. Leaving all their family behind and starting a new life together. This was in 2006, Vince and Roxana got married in 2008 and are happier than ever.

Vince and Roxana have plans to continue to grow their family and realize that a 9-5 is not the way to do this. They currently have a 17 year old daughter, a 9 year old son and a 1 year old grandson. They want the freedom to spend as much time with their children as they chose to. They know first hand what it is not to have parents at home and want to avoid that at all cost. This is what motivates them to continue in the industry. They first ventured into the industry together about a 2 years ago. They joined a very successful MLM company and immediately fell in love with it. But they became extremely frustrated with Offline marketing strategies. If you recall Vince and Roxana are not from Orlando and have been living there a short period of time. At the time they joined this company their friends consisted of their church family and co-workers. But they tried all the strategies that were suggested by their up-line anyways. Home meetings, flyers, door-to-door, and even cold calling. Needless to say none of this stuff worked for them. Determined to make it work Roxana began her research on the internet. She found My Lead System Pro and learned that in combination with the right Network Marketing company it’s gold. Their lives haven’t been the same since then. This is what’s taken their business to the next level and it can do the same for anyone that is determined to make it work. In closing, Vince and Roxana have not had it easy, they are two average individuals and they have worked hard their entire lives. They also have very similar goals to a lot of you out there.
